This hotel was the perfect choice for my business trip. The location was ideal, being close to subway stations and within walking distance to many top sights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided in the basement was decent, but I preferred grabbing a bite at a nearby cafe. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, occasionally causing noise disturbances. a great value for the price.

The location is very good for the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.
Definitely not a four star hotel. Small rooms, but I suppose that is the norm in Paris. Unfriendly (robotic) reception staff (I speak fluent French so it was not because I spoke English as I didnt), generally carless attitude (frayed edges on bathroom towels) and no restaurant. Would not recommend it at all to anyone. Breakfast was very poor and very expensive.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with Champ Elyssee, Arch de Triomphe, Troccaderro and Eiffel Tower all within close easy walking distance. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a modern baroque style, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bathroom facilities are modern.
The breakfast could have been more reasonably priced.

When we checked in we were given a choice of room....on the street or in the back that was much quieter.
Room was small.

This was our first visit to Paris, for our honeymoon. The location was ideal, walking distance to everything we cared about seeing. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming toward us. The bed was comfortable, our room was clean and the jacuzzi bath tub provided a luxurious end to days full of sightseeing and walking. The cost was a bargain considering all that Kleber has to offer. We would recommend to others, and we are planning to return to Paris and will definately stay at Hotel Kleber again.

Comfortable rooms with a good amount of space. The bedding was fantastic, with lovely down pillows and a quality quilt. The room had beautiful Juliet windows that let in lots of light. I had a pleasant stay in a central location. The customer service was outstanding, with the reception staff providing great advice and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to visit the major landmarks in the center of Paris. Its superb location means that you can easily reach the famous landmarks in just a few minutes. The staff were nice and useful, especially the night shift gentlemen who were always ready to assist. The rooms have a historical character and are equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast provided is satisfying with a good variety of options.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Kleber. The location was brilliant. Most of the sites of importance and significance to Paris could be reached by walking. Those not in walking distance could be reached very easily by public transport which is just on the hotel doorstep (metro and bus). Breakfast was very good, fresh, tasty and more that adequate, We can only speak of the room we stayed - which was very comfortable. Loved the balcony, great shower. Staff really helpful and very polite and informative. Only thing that we found disappointing was the lack of choice of English television channels.
As said above, lack of choice of satellite reception for choice of television channels. This would make a difference for those who do not want to explore the sights of Paris every evening of their stay.

Its bath tub is leaking water. Water from the shower will flow to the floor, so wet the floor.
